Charlie Zieminski recently retired from the Connecticut DEP Oil and Spills Division after 30 years, of which the last 17 years he served as the HazMat Response Team Supervisor. Charlie's responsibilities will be primarily to handle the many requests for HazMat and HazWoper training we receive, as well as addressing the new DOT HazMat security plan requirements as they relate to hazardous materials handling for shippers and transporters.
